Cobbled Marsh-mellow

The grass smelt of brown sugar, and the road of marsh-mellows.
It happens just so, if you boil the bark of the pepper-mint tree,
then count to 383. (In case you didn't bring your timer.)
  Next you must grab a handful of powdered sugar leaves from the nearest sun-suger flower.
Grind them in and mix vigorously!
Spice to taste, and enjoy!
